How to train an AI agent to grow your events

Nova is the AI growth agent on the Let's Do This platform, being used by event organizers including Diplo's Run Club, Atlanta Track Club, London Marathon Events and Great Run Company. It can already see your data. The next step is teaching it how you work: the metrics you actually report on, the language your team uses, the pricing rules you never break, the report you rebuild by hand every Monday.

On Wednesday 12 August, Lucy Miller (Nova PM) and Stephanie Donald (Product Designer) show you exactly how to do that. They will cover Instructions, where you teach Nova your context once and every answer reflects it, and Skills, where you save a repeatable process as a custom workflow that Nova loads on its own when it is relevant. Short and focused, with time at the end for questions.
