Endometriosis Awareness Month

Endometriosis and Adenomyosis are common conditions, yet they remain widely misunderstood. For many women, this lack of understanding leads to delayed diagnosis, ongoing pain, and difficult decisions, particularly when fertility is part of the conversation.

To mark Endometriosis Awareness Month, this session shines a light on how these conditions present in real life, how they are investigated and diagnosed, and the options available for managing symptoms while navigating fertility planning. We will explore the difference between surgical and medical management, how and when treatment can be timed if you are trying to conceive, and the range of pain management and support options available.

The session will also focus on the importance of self-advocacy, helping you feel more confident asking questions, understanding your options, and being heard during medical appointments. Whether you are living with endometriosis or adenomyosis, trying to conceive, or simply seeking clearer, more practical information, this conversation is designed to leave you feeling informed, supported and empowered.
