My professional life has been an almost two-decade study in performance, starting on the professional basketball court in 2007, moving to the university lecture hall, and landing in the world of partnerships. My perspective comes from bridging these worlds—connecting the psychology of competition from sports with the frameworks of academia to solve business challenges.
My passion lies in building and scaling partner programs from their earliest stages. I've applied this hybrid approach to help build up partner program motions. This has involved everything from driving social impact through donation partnerships to shaping strategy with consulting partners. I’ve structured data alliances with tech giants and driven growth with e-commerce, AI, and marketing partners. Across all these different partners and experiences, the consistent finding is that unlocking growth lies in harnessing the team’s innate ambition. This focus on the team's potential has yielded powerful results; in one program, we saw partner influence grow from its infancy to 89% of all new revenue.
