The Israeli cybersecurity industry pulled in 34% of all Israeli tech capital in the first half of this year, and almost none of it ever reaches a stock exchange. This session digs into why. Nir Bar Lev, CEO of HEQA Security, joins to talk quantum key distribution, the encryption layer built for the day current standards stop holding.

Nir Bar-Lev

Building the quantum networking fabric of the future, including wide ranging applications related to quantum resilience for networking. Before HEQA, he co-founded ClearML and grew it into one of the most widely adopted MLOps platforms worldwide, deployed across thousands of organizations before its exit. Earlier in his career he spent over a decade at Google in senior product leadership, running EMEA Search Ads (a business exceeding $14 billion in annual revenue) and later Google Analytics for the region. That combination, deep infrastructure building and large-scale product leadership at one of the world’s biggest platforms, sits behind how he now approaches quantum-era security.
Gilad Peleg

Enables organizations to use and deploy open-weight AI models securely, moving AI security from a superficial, slow and resource-intensive black-box approach to a glassbox analysis, so hidden vulnerabilities, model manipulation, and safety bypasses show up at real time, and extreme accuracy. This is his second run as a cybersecurity CEO. He previously led SecBI, an early AI SOC platform that processed billions logs a day for global enterprises and financial institutions, through its 2021 sale to LogPoint. Earlier he ran product, marketing, sales, and business development at startups and public companies in Israel and the US. His experience includes additional M&As, including a Bay Area Business Unit he managed that was acquired by ADC, now TE Connectivity (NYSE: TEL).
