Jan Knop is the Head of Ethics & Compliance for Airbus Commercial Affairs, based in Toulouse, France. Jan and his team ensure compliance support and oversight for Airbus’ commercial aircraft business worldwide. Prior to joining Airbus Commercial, Jan led the group’s legal & compliance department for the Africa & Middle East region in Dubai. Before that, Jan was a senior associate in the corporate practice of Clifford Chance LLP in Munich and in Abu Dhabi, where he advised clients on M&A, corporate and tax matters.

Vera is an award-winning ethics and compliance expert who writes and speaks about business ethics, workplace culture, behavioral compliance, risk, and governance.
