Compliance due diligence is under sustained pressure. Regulatory expectations are expanding, data volumes are increasing, and boards are demanding greater efficiency through technology. Yet the requirement for proportionate, defensible decision-making remains unchanged.
In this session, Hans Vad Hansen, Former Vice President, Assistant General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, IBM Corporation, and Ceri Lawley, former Chief Compliance Officer at the International Finance Corporation and Chair of the GTI Advisory Council, join Matthew Hunt, Co-founder and COO of Ground Truth Intelligence, to examine how due diligence frameworks are evolving in practice.
The discussion will explore:
- Maintaining a risk-based approach amid regulatory change
- Screening thresholds and escalation benchmarks
- Automation versus human-in-the-loop review
- Confidence scoring and evidential defensibility
- Cultural adoption of AI within compliance teams
Designed for Heads of Compliance, MLROs, Risk Directors and Legal Counsel, this webinar provides practical insight into building modern due diligence processes that balance efficiency with control.
