She has worked at prestigious companies such as Alcoa, Arconic, and Constellium where she is currently employed. She also spent 2 years in compliance at J&J Med Tech, further enhancing her skill set. Sofia holds a degree in economics (bac +5) and has completed postgraduate studies in Sales Management and Compliance. She is fluent in five languages, which enables her to communicate effectively across diverse cultures. Her passion for traveling and exploring new cultures has broadened her global perspective. Originally from Portugal, Sofia has lived in Germany, Spain, and France, and has traveled extensively for work assignments. Her areas of expertise include anticorruption and trade compliance, as well as conducting risk assessments across various domains. Sofia applies an analytical mindset to all her work.

Aakriti Kundra is a seasoned ethics and compliance leader with 14 years of experience in-house and in compliance consultancy. She has worked across Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia Pacific. She excels at building and transforming compliance programs, fostering collaborative relationships with business stakeholders to mitigate risk. She has spearheaded multiple complex corporate investigations, leveraging her expertise in root cause analysis. Currently, she serves as Global Ombuds Leader at GE Vernova and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP). She is dedicated to community service and serves on the board of a non-profit organization.
