Registered attorney in the Beirut Bar Association. Worked in the compliance field for more than 12 years while holding several roles both global and regional in Europe and MEA. In parallel Jad constantly seeks knowledge: he holds an LLM in International Business Law as well as several certificates in ABC and AML Compliance. He is fluent in English, Arabic and French. When not working, Jad enjoys cooking, gardening and sports.
Amritha Edachery

Amritha has a decade of experience in public policy, risk and due diligence throughout the MENASA region. She oversaw complex investigations that exposed bribery, corruption, money laundering, links to sanctioned entities, slavery, and human rights violations at a number of risk consultancies. Over the course of her career, Amritha has worked with private and public sector clients in infrastructure development, banking and finance, CBI, and energy. As well as holding an MSc in Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science, Amritha researches and speaks extensively on ESG.

Nadège is passionate about compliance and believe in an ethical and responsible Healthcare industry striving for the best patient care. Nadège has over 10 years of experience in Ethics and Compliance roles with the healthcare Industry, building compliance programs and promoting a Culture of Compliance. She is convinced that ethics and compliance are competitive advantages. Nadège is a lecturer at INSEAD for the Advanced Healthcare Compliance Implementation Leadership Programme and is a regular speaker at SCCE conferences. Nadège is a member of the steering committee of ETHICS Professional, an independent international association of ethics and compliance professionals in healthcare organizations.
