Beyond the buzzwords: Succeeding with AI Localization in Games
2
3:00 PM - 3:45 PM
While AI has become part of most localization workflows, many are still in the early stages and lacking a clear path ahead.
Beyond demos, buzzwords, and the promise of instant, high quality translations lies a much more complex reality. How do you move from experimenting with AI to building a localization workflow that scales across millions of words, multiple languages, and live game updates? Why isn't an LLM on its own enough? And what does the journey to seeing real ROI actually look like?
Join game localization experts Tamara Tirjak and Cristina Anselmi, alongside our Mike Souto and moderator Anna Albinsson, for a candid discussion grounded in real-world experience. Drawing on years of hands-on work in game localization, the panel will cut through the hype to share practical insights into building AI-powered localization workflows that are scalable, sustainable, and truly production-ready.
