As our final panel of the day, we'll bring together key themes from across the summit to explore how organisations can support high performance without creating unsustainable pressure. The discussion will examine the relationship between demand, capacity, recovery, and wellbeing, and what it takes to sustain performance over the long term. Panellists will share insights on leadership, workplace culture, and organisational practices that enable people to perform at their best while protecting their health and wellbeing. We'll also reflect on the day's key discussions and practical takeaways as we begin to wrap up the summit.
