This panel will explore how to measure wellbeing effectively, identify meaningful metrics, and use data to understand impact. Panellists will discuss the challenges of measurement, the role of ROI and VOI, and how organisations can move beyond participation numbers to demonstrate real outcomes.

Louise Cenac is a passionate champion of wellbeing, inclusion, diversity and equity in the workplace. With over 14 years at Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) across a range of HR roles, Louise currently leads global wellbeing, embedding wellbeing not just as a programme, but as a culture where people feel safe, supported and empowered to thrive.
Alongside wellbeing, Louise is deeply committed to Inclusion, Diversity & Equity, with a particular focus on culture and heritage, race and ethnicity. She has led ID &E initiatives across CCEP Great Britain, working to support multicultural talent, amplify underrepresented voices and drive fair representation at all levels of the organisation.
Louise was delighted to be part of the Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards 2026 judging panel, recognising and celebrating the individuals and organisations making meaningful progress in bringing workplace wellbeing to life.
Poppie Foakes
Director of Product and Innovation, Retail Trust
Poppie Foakes is Director of Product and Innovation at the Retail Trust, the UK charity dedicated to protecting the health and happiness of retail workers. A passionate advocate for people, Poppie sits at the intersection of wellbeing, data and technology, leading the development of innovative data and AI products that help retailers better understand and improve the lives of their colleagues, and colleagues to make active healthy choices. Her work focuses on using data, digital platforms and AI to prove the impact of wellbeing strategies and drive meaningful change across the sector. Prior to the Retail Trust, Poppie has over a decade of experience creating and scaling industry-leading events and initiatives, Poppie has a strong track record of bringing people together to tackle complex challenges. Prior to joining the Retail Trust, she led major global retail events including World Retail Congress, Retail Week Awards and Retail Week Live, shaping conversations at the highest levels of the industry. A strategic thinker and natural collaborator, Poppie is known for her energy, emotional intelligence and ability to connect with people at every level. She is a firm believer in Einstein’s definition of insanity, doing the same thing and expecting different results, and applies this mindset to challenging traditional approaches and driving innovation across the retail sector.
Will Lewington
Director of Online Safety, Sony Interactive Entertainment
Will Lewington is Director of Online Safety at Sony Interactive Entertainment, where he leads global initiatives to ensure wellbeing and safety by design across PlayStation services. For 15 years, he has pioneered innovative approaches to digital wellbeing, including the launch of an industry-leading voice chat moderation service for PlayStation 5 and the establishment of the company’s current award-winning global moderator wellness programmes.
In 2024, Will and his team won the Great British Wellbeing Award for Best Strategy (Large Company) and i n 2025, he was recognised as a Most Inspiring Leadership Visionary nominee while the team again picked up the Best Mental Wellbeing Initiative award. Beyond his work at Sony Interactive, he contributes to international collaborations with industry think-tanks, NGOs, and charitable groups aimed at promoting and sharing Online Safety best practices.
With a background spanning technology, education, and leadership, Will brings both strategic expertise and a people-first ethos to his judging role. His commitment is to champion innovation, authenticity, and impact in the pursuit of better wellbeing for all.
