Following a welcome to the summit and introduction to the day's themes, this opening discussion will explore why workplace wellbeing is increasingly being viewed through a risk management lens. Panellists will examine the shift from wellbeing programmes to prevention, the rise of psychosocial risk management, and what organisations can do to create healthier, safer, and more sustainable working environments.

James Dybell
Head of EHS, Siemens AG
James Dybell is International Occupational Health and Safety Manager with Siemens AG. He has been with Siemens since 2011 and during this time has been responsible for leading the organisation to achieve and maintain excellent EHS standards through effective strategy design, identifying areas of improvement and fostering a culture of collaboration. Prior to joining Siemens, James was Health and Safety Manager with Total.
Mohamed Ali
Learning and Development Lead at NHS England
Mohamed is working towards ICF ACC accreditation and currently a Learning & Development Lead at WSH, with extensive experience supporting multinational organisations in building inclusive, high-performing workplaces. He specialises in coaching leaders and employees to enhance psychological safety, collaboration, and personal effectiveness, with a strong focus on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), wellbeing, and behavioural change. Mohamed combines his coaching expertise with interactive facilitation to create reflective, practical learning experiences that translate into meaningful workplace impact.
With a background in peace, conflict, and diplomacy, he brings a unique perspective to coaching—helping individuals and teams navigate complexity, strengthen relationships, and lead with empathy in diverse environments.
Rachael Haynes
People Experience, Culture Change & Wellbeing Strategist
Rachael Haynes is a People Experience, Culture Change and Wellbeing Strategist with more than 30 years’ experience helping organisations create healthier, more resilient and more human workplaces. Rachael has worked across in-house HR, consultancy, corporate health and wellbeing leadership, and the charity sector, bringing a practical and strategic perspective to organisational health. She specialises in workplace wellbeing, psychosocial risk, culture change, attendance management and the design of support infrastructures that help people and organisations thrive. Most recently, Rachael has led strategic wellbeing consultancy work at British Safety Council and previously served as Head of Programme for Mates in Mind, the award-winning mental wellbeing charity. Her work supports organisations around the world to better understand and address people risks, with a particular focus on translating wellbeing ambition into measurable, sustainable action
Juliana Nascimento
Head of Risks, Compliance and Actuarial at Sompo
Juliana Oliveira Nascimento is a Lawyer, Senior Executive and Superintendent of Risk, Compliance and Actuarial, with more than 22 years of experience in Corporate Governance, ESG, Compliance and Risk Management. She holds a Master’s degree from Steinbeis University Berlin (Germany) and a Master’s degree in Law from UNIBRASIL, complemented by executive studies at the London School of Economics (LSE). Recognised in the SW50 Global, she has received the Role Model, Ambassador and Educator awards at the Women in GRC Awards London. She is a speaker, author and co-founder of the Compliance Women Committee (CWC), a professional network of more than 4,000 women, recognised at the Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards 2025 with the Support Network of the Year award.
