Running a global privacy program sounds impressive — until reality hits. Different countries, different laws, different cultures — and often just a handful of people responsible for it all.

Join us for a candid conversation with Charles and Marvin from Hager Group, who manage privacy across a 13,000-employee organisation across 100+ countries and subsidiaries.

We’ll unpack why so many multinational privacy programs struggle, what really drives failure (hint: it’s rarely just the tools), and how to build a structure that actually works — from motivating employees to getting management buy-in.

Whether you’re a DPO, privacy lead, compliance officer, or part of a global legal or risk team, this session will give you practical insights and relatable examples from the field.

You’ll walk away knowing how to simplify complexity, sustain engagement, and scale governance — even with a small team.
