PCF and INED roles: responsibilities protecting regulatory confidence

Join us for a practical webinar on the core responsibilities of Pre-Approval Controlled Function (PCF) role holders and independent non-executive directors (INEDs), and what this means for payment institutions and e-money institutions today.

PCF role holders are key to any payment institution or e-money institution, as these roles ensure an authorised firm has appropriate and proportionate controls in place to manage risk and meet its regulatory responsibilities. Firm size and scale vary, so exact responsibilities under each PCF function may differ slightly from firm to firm; however, core accountabilities remain consistent and are well documented by the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI). This session shares the core, high-level responsibilities for a number of key operational PCF roles: PCF 11, 12, 13, 14, 52 and 56.
