9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
The first few minutes after a collision are the most critical.
In this session, Barrie Wilson and Mark Cartwright will explore the free post-collision response resources available through Driving for Better Business and how they can help protect drivers and save lives. They'll look at what drivers and fleet managers need to know at the scene, the key steps in the hours that follow, and how thorough incident investigations can help identify root causes, share learning, and prevent future occurrences.
