Karen began her career in Wellington, NZ before relocating to Zurich in 2013 to join Google. For the past decade, she has been the UXR Recruit Operations Lead at YouTube, championing processes that support both the researchers and the people they study.

Nate is the founder and CEO of Ethnio for the past 10+ years. Before that, Nate ran a UXR agency in SF called Bolt | Peters, which was acquired by Meta.
