Why You Can’t Afford to Miss This

The data is in, and the message is clear: Energy is no longer a fixed cost; it’s a strategic asset. Missing this webinar means missing the window to secure revenue from the highest clearing prices in Ontario's history and failing to prepare for the "new normal" of day-ahead pricing.

The Agenda: Your 2026 Tactical Roadmap

1. The 2025 Capacity Auction Results: The $170,000 Opportunity

  • We break down the record-breaking clearing prices of $645.24/MW-day (Summer) and $725.31/MW-day (Winter).
  • What these 188% year-over-year increases mean for your 2026–2027 revenue potential.

2. Winning the Day-Ahead Market (DAM)

  • Learn how to navigate the shift from the old DACP to the financially binding Day-Ahead Market.

3. New for 2026: Commercial & Industrial HVAC DR

  • The IESO is launching a dedicated program for HVAC loads not participating in the Capacity Auction.
  • Learn about the $20/kW enabling incentive for first-time contributors and how to automate your RTUs and Chillers for a "low-effort" summer revenue stream starting June 1st.

4. Toronto Hydro LDR: Hyper-Local Payouts

  • Updates on the 12MW procurement for the six critical stations (Finch, Leslie, Manby, Horner, Strachan, and Dufferin).
  • The "Stacking" Rule: How to maximize your ROI by combining local distribution incentives with provincial grid rewards.

5. Implementation: The Path to "Set-and-Forget"

  • Moving from manual "phone-call" curtailment to an AI-driven, automated response that protects your production schedule while capturing every available dollar.

The Cost of Inaction

Industrial facilities that ignore these updates will face the full brunt of a 71% projected jump in wholesale energy costs without the DR revenue to offset it. This session will show you how to move your facility from a "cost center" to a "profit center."
