Join us for a 30-minute conversation with Chai Feldblum, civil rights advocate and scholar, who served as Commissioner of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission from 2010 to 2018. Chai will share insights on the evolving legal landscape for workplace fairness in the U.S., and discuss the impact so far on diversity, fairness, and inclusion activities of organizations. The webinar will focus notably on:

• The impact of recent Executive Orders so far and what the current administration aims to achieve with them.

• Practical guidance for organizations on how to remain compliant with the law in the U.S. while effectively and legally continuing workplace fairness and inclusion efforts.

• Navigating restrictive interpretations from U.S. federal agencies (such as recent EEOC and DOJ guidance) that may mischaracterize lawful DEI practices.

This conversation will be highly relevant for global organizations with both U.S. and non-U.S. employees straddling divergent DEI regulations.

The session will conclude with a 5-minute audience Q&A.

Register now to secure your place in this timely and practical discussion.
