Shawn Hunter is an entrepreneur, author, and keynote speaker known for his work at the intersection of leadership, culture, and innovation. After his first company, Targeted Learning, was acquired by Skillsoft in 2007, Shawn served as VP of Leadership Products before founding Mindscaling in 2015. At Mindscaling, he partnered with many authors, executives, and researchers to design impactful leadership eLearning. He is the author of three books: Out•Think, Small Acts of Leadership, and Chasing Dawn: An Adventure of Three Fathers and Four Teenagers Bicycling Across America.

David Kelly constantly explores the convergence of learning and technology, demonstrating a profound commitment to transforming workplaces and enriching lives through innovative learning strategies. With over two decades of experience in learning and performance leadership and consulting, he brings his passion to life in his daily work as a dynamic strategist, speaker, & writer, inspiring others to view their work through a fresh, technology-enhanced lens. He is the SVP of Strategy & Transformation for Bluewater Learning and the former Chairman & CEO of the Learning Guild.

Lori is a senior learning strategist with over 20 years of L&D experience across many industries, including international banking, management consulting, and marketing. She specializes in large-scale digital learning transformations and is passionate about helping companies navigate the ambiguity of change.

After leading and completing numerous EdTech implementations, Lori has developed data-based methodologies and frameworks to empower L&D teams to move from business support function to strategic business driver.

Lori serves on several EdTech and HRTech boards and has published two courses on LinkedIn Learning with 100K completions. She is also the author of the recently released book "The Eight Levers of EdTech Transformation".
