Leveraging that systems DNA, Justin debuted Shilo.ai in 2024, an AI assistant that delivers real-time conversation coaching and automated CRM follow-up for high-performing teams. Shilo raised a $2.6 million seed round led by AZ-VC in June 2025 and is already one of the best known AI companies in the industry.

When he’s not rethinking sales systems, Zac enjoys wakeboarding, golf, and tennis—or just spending time with his wife, baby, and their tiny but mighty (four pound) dog, Twix.
