She currently serves as Chief Clinical Officer at LBee Health and brings over a decade of experience across inpatient care, mental health tech, and education. Natasha helps care professionals recognize the signs of burnout and compassion fatigue—and offers tools to build resilience and reconnect to purpose.

Dr. Karim J. Torres Sanchez is a Puerto Rico and Florida licensed Clinical Psychologist. She supports Spanish and English-speaking clients. Karim completed a Masters and Doctoral degree in Psychology at Carlos Albizu University, in San Juan, Puerto Rico and has 20 years of experience as a clinical psychologist in private and public practice. Professionally and personally, she is committed to offering emotional relief and helping others to build up and maximize their potential. Her approach in Clinical Psychology is one of radical acceptance, diversity affirmation, and a compassionate and empathic approach to every client that she serves. Her professional trajectory includes psychological evaluations as well as individual and group clinical therapy for children and adults. Her training and experience focuses on the neurodivergent population and traumatic experiences due to sexual, physical abuse, and negligence. In addition, she has been a mentor, life coach, and workshop facilitator. All of her training and experience have strengthened her commitment to make a difference in the lives of those she serves.
