Since joining AssetWatch in April 2023, Dustin has applied his extensive expertise in electric motors, vibration analysis, and hands-on repair work to enhance the reliability and performance of customer operations.Previously, Dustin was integral to Alliance Resources, a top five coal producer in the US, from 2010 until April 2023. There, he managed a Reliability Program, led the transition from reactive to predictive and proactive maintenance strategies, and co-managed an electric motor repair facility. His role as the sole vibration analyst on staff was pivotal in reshaping the company’s maintenance practices.Dustin’s technical foundation was built at Hibb’s Electromechanical, where he began his career in 2000. Over a decade, he progressed from an entry-level technician to the Lead Field Service Technician, developing a deep knowledge base in electric motors, electrical testing, laser alignment, and vibration analysis. Dustin’s career trajectory from a young, inexperienced technician to a leading expert in his field showcases his dedication and continuous growth in the evolving field of condition monitoring.
