Khent Calaguas, MA SpEd, BCBA, LBA, is the Founder and Clinical Director of Kaleido Behavioral Health in Hawaii. With more than eight years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, Khent is passionate about delivering compassionate, assent-based, and trauma-informed care that prioritizes the voices and needs of autistic and neurodivergent individuals. Before launching Kaleido, he held clinical leadership roles at ACES, where he oversaw assessment and treatment initiation programs, mentored BCBAs and RBTs, and collaborated closely with payers and families across Hawaii. Today, he is focused on building a values-driven organization that expands access to high-quality ABA services while supporting clinicians and families throughout their journey.
