Carl Wagner is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience at ACS Technologies, where he currently serves as the Director of Managed Services. A graduate of Francis Marion University with a BA in Management Information Systems, Carl combines his wealth of expertise in IT Services, networking, and strategic leadership to best serve the technical needs of today’s Church. Outside of work, he enjoys family time with his wife and two daughters and pursues his passion for golf.

Dustin Fails is a Systems Architect in the Higher Ground Division at ACS Technologies, where he's worked for more than 20 years. He got his start in the IT Department, handling everything from phones and servers to wireless networks, switches, and routers, and built deep hands-on experience across just about every corner of tech along the way. These days he focuses on designing systems for churches — the networks, Wi-Fi, phones, and infrastructure that keep ministries connected and running smoothly. He takes real pride in building dependable technology that lets church staff worry less about their systems and focus more on their mission.

Steece Hayes, Sr. has been with ACS Technologies for over 20 years. He served the first 15 years helping churches with their Church Management Software before moving to Higher Ground Managed IT to lead the sales team. Steece is also a bi-vocational pastor and holds an MBA from Cedarville University and a DMIN from Liberty University. Whether it is helping churches with IT and cybersecurity or preaching before a congregation, at his heart, Steece is a teacher and someone who loves people.

Cameron Rivard is an MSP Partner Manager at Check Point Software with extensive experience helping managed service providers and channel partners grow their security practices and deliver modern cyber protection solutions to their customers. Throughout his career, Cameron has worked closely with MSPs across North America, focusing on email security, cloud security, threat prevention, and go-to-market strategy.

Known for his practical, partner-first approach, Cameron specializes in helping MSPs translate security challenges into business opportunities. He is passionate about educating partners, simplifying cybersecurity concepts, and sharing real-world strategies that help organizations better protect their users, data, and businesses.

Pablo is a cybersecurity professional with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations strengthen their security posture across endpoint, cloud, email, and data protection environments. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in technology startups, led high-performing pre-sales and engineering teams, and helped organizations evaluate, deploy, and maximize emerging security solutions. He brings extensive experience working with enterprise and large-scale customers across Latin America, the United States, and Canada, supporting both direct and channel-led engagements. In addition to his technical background, he has a strong track record in channel enablement, solution evangelism, security consulting, and the successful delivery of complex IT and cybersecurity projects. His combination of technical depth and business insight enables him to help organizations navigate today's evolving threat landscape while driving meaningful security outcomes.

Ken joined ACS Technologies in 2024 as Senior Product Marketing Manager, where he leads vision, positioning, and messaging for key solutions and services across the company’s portfolio. With nearly 20 years of experience in product marketing for technology and software solutions, Ken brings a unique blend of strategic expertise and ministry insight. Having served in various ministry roles, he is passionate about helping churches leverage technology to advance discipleship and fulfill their spiritual mission.
