Dustin Fails is a Systems Architect in the Higher Ground Division at ACS Technologies, where he's worked for more than 20 years. He got his start in the IT Department, handling everything from phones and servers to wireless networks, switches, and routers, and built deep hands-on experience across just about every corner of tech along the way. These days he focuses on designing systems for churches — the networks, Wi-Fi, phones, and infrastructure that keep ministries connected and running smoothly. He takes real pride in building dependable technology that lets church staff worry less about their systems and focus more on their mission.

Steece Hayes, Sr. has been with ACS Technologies for over 20 years. He served the first 15 years helping churches with their Church Management Software before moving to Higher Ground Managed IT to lead the sales team. Steece is also a bi-vocational pastor and holds an MBA from Cedarville University and a DMIN from Liberty University. Whether it is helping churches with IT and cybersecurity or preaching before a congregation, at his heart, Steece is a teacher and someone who loves people.
