Vanco eGiving is a comprehensive giving solution that integrates directly with the ACS system you currently use. Through features such as Auto Connect, Online Giving, Online Pledges, and Card Swipe Payments, it allows you to manage every form of giving—recurring pledges, one-time gifts, online donations, and in-person payments—within your existing ACS workflow.

Integration with Your Existing ACS System

During this session, we will cover:
- Navigating to Contributions → eGiving → eGiving Setup to configure your Vanco integration
- Entering your case-sensitive credentials (Account Name, User ID, Password, Client ID, and iFrame ID)
- Selecting between using Vanco for all eGiving, credit cards only, or creating ACH files (US/Canada)
- Importing recurring payments as ACS Terms and Rates, and setting the "Ignore Recurring Payments Before" date
- Using the Test Connection feature to verify your setup prior to going live
- Checking eGiving status and monitoring batch processing
- Working with date range filtering, fund filtering, and exporting batch totals to ACS
- Understanding the security features that protect your banking information
- Reviewing best practices drawn from real-world parish experience
