Kim has been serving in ministry at Central Church in Las Vegas for 17 years, including 12 years in Kids Ministry and the past 5 years on the Administration and Generosity team. She has served as a Database Administrator for 5 years and has helped support and develop systems that strengthen ministry operations and care. Central Church has been using Ministry Platform for 6 years and Growth Method for approximately 4 years, giving her hands-on experience with both platforms in a growing multi-location church environment.
