Jennifer Jones (JJ) is the Founder and CEO of 10xViz, a Smartsheet Platinum Partner consulting firm specializing in enterprise-grade work management systems. Her foundation runs deep. Before collaborative work management platforms existed, JJ was leading technical teams and managing developer environments that supported mega projects spanning multiple continents. That experience gave her a rare lens: what it actually takes to create visibility, alignment, and operational control at scale.

Since founding 10xViz in 2018, JJ has channeled over two decades of that expertise into partnering with PMOs, corporate teams, and franchise organizations to design scalable Smartsheet architectures that eliminate operational chaos and give leaders the clarity to make confident decisions.

A sought-after speaker at project management and technology conferences, JJ brings practical, immediately applicable insights to every stage. Her sessions speak directly to the leaders and practitioners who know their teams are capable of more, yet are buried in disconnected tools, missing visibility, and workflows that were never really designed. She has a gift for making complex systems feel accessible, leaving audiences with clarity, confidence, and a clear path forward.

She believes the best-built systems don't just drive efficiency. They create space for the work that actually matters: connection, collaboration, and growth.
